Position Title: Warehouse Manager – Finished Goods

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee operations of our Finished Goods Warehouse in Kalamassery, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, inventory accuracy, dispatch coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for finished goods including receipt, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Plan and supervise loading, unloading, and distribution activities
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for timely dispatches
• Implement warehouse SOPs, process improvements, and space optimization
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including stock accuracy, dispatch timelines, and shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and helpers
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and MIS records
• Handle audits and support internal and external inspections

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager handling Finished Goods
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP / WMS systems is an advantage
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
• Statutory benefits as per company policy
