Warehouse Officer

Warehouse Operations

• Receive materials including valves, flanges, fittings, piping items, consumables, and PPE.
• Verify incoming materials against delivery notes, POs, and packing lists.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping in line with HSE standards.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory systems.
• Conduct physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Support inventory audits and inspections.

Dispatch & Logistics Support

• Prepare materials for dispatch as per delivery instructions.
• Coordinate packing, marking, and loading activities.
• Ensure dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely deliveries.

Quality & Documentation Coordination

• Ensure materials are stored and handled to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Segregate and identify non-conforming or damaged materials.
• Coordinate with QC for inspection and documentation (MTCs, certificates).
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.

HSE Compliance

• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and use of PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, QC, and logistics teams.
• Provide regular updates on stock status and material availability.
• Assist in internal, external, and client audits.
