Warehouse Officer

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. The role requires a focus on inventory management, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses to management.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of goods for easy accessibility.
• Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain efficient space utilization strategies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and condition upon arrival and before dispatch.
• Address any issues related to damaged or defective goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
• Respond to queries related to stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
