Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and customer coordination for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory tracking, customer follow-ups, and supply chain operations. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in warehouse management software are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Process receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with USA-based customers regarding shipments, inventory status, and order updates.
• Perform regular customer follow-ups via WhatsApp and Emil and phone.
• Prepare inventory, shipment, and operational reports.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct inventory reconciliations with warehouse.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in complete warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience dealing with international customers, preferably USA clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Software Requirements

• Good knowledge of relevant warehouse and inventory management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Inventory Management Software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Logistics companies.
• Ability to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and warehouse KPIs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
