Role Overview
The Warehouse Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities at the Kundli facility, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination across the supply chain. The role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on experience with Uniware or other WMS platforms, and a process-driven approach to optimise warehouse and logistics performance.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. WMS / Uniware Management
- Handle daily warehouse transactions on Uniware or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure accurate order processing, GRNs, inventory updates, and dispatch entries
- Maintain system hygiene and proactively resolve stock or order discrepancies
- Track order flow from picking to dispatch within the system
2. Excel & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain operational MIS and reports using Excel
- Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for reporting
- Analyse daily and weekly operational data for performance tracking
- Share dashboards and reports with management as required
3. Planning & Coordination
- Plan and monitor daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Support teams
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per SLA/TAT
- Support manpower planning based on workload forecasts
4. Operational Optimisation
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for speed and accuracy
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, TAT, productivity, and inventory health
- Ensure proper binning, space utilisation, and warehouse discipline
- Drive SOP adherence across warehouse processes
5. Cost Optimisation
- Control operational costs through better planning and resource utilisation
- Reduce losses, damages, and pilferage through controls and checks
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives in warehouse operations
6. Logistics Optimisation
- Monitor courier and transporter performance
- Track shipments and reduce delays, returns, and RTOs
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smoother dispatch and delivery
- Improve dispatch accuracy and last-mile efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
- 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Uniware or any WMS/ERP system
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods warehouse preferred
