Operations Executive - Supply Chain

Description

The Operations Executive – Supply Chain acts as the primary interface between the Warehouse, our delivery partners and customers. The candidate is expected to identify delivery concerns, warehouse concerns, and customer escalations and work on troubleshooting by opting for the best and most frugal methods possible.

Role

• Excellent communication and email skills are mandatory.
• Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
• Provides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to customers/ delivery partners/ warehouses
• Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
• Demonstrate outstanding time-management skills
• Good deep diving and root cause analysis skills.
• Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
  
  

Requirements

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain and logistics environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
• Good comprehension skills – the ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Ability to concentrate – follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of Google sheets
• Logistics background and experience in control tower.
