Warehouse Operations Consultant Short-Term Project - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Consultant to assess, restructure, and implement efficient systems within our fast-growing e-commerce warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - not advisory only. The objective is to build a structured, scalable warehouse system with clear processes, accountability, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of current warehouse operations
• Identify inefficiencies in workflow, labor utilization, and inventory management
• Design and implement structured processes for:
• Receiving & putaway
• Picking & packing
• Dispatch & returns
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for warehouse staff
• Establish daily tracking systems (productivity, errors, stock accuracy)
• Implement accountability and reporting structures
• Train team members and ensure adoption of new processes
• Optimize warehouse layout and operational flow
• Complete warehouse SOP manual
• Role-based task allocation system
• Daily/weekly tracking dashboards
• KPI and performance measurement system
• Improved workflow efficiency and reduced operational errors

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments (Amazon / Noon experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of process design, SOP creation, and workflow optimization
• Hands-on approach with ability to implement, not just advise
• Experience working with small to mid-sized operations is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
