Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end warehouse activities for e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart, with strong knowledge of EasyEcom inventory & order processing system. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, order processing, dispatch management, returns handling, and coordination with courier partners & marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:1️ Marketplace Operations

• Manage daily orders from Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central.
• Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor SLA adherence and avoid late shipment penalties.
• Handle returns, RTO, and replacement processing.

2️ Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels in warehouse.
• Regular stock audits & reconciliation.
• Prevent stock mismatch, damages & shrinkage.
• Plan replenishment to avoid stock-out situations.

3️ EasyEcom Process Handling

• Manage order sync & inventory sync in EasyEcom.
• Create invoices, labels & manifest.
• Bulk order processing & courier allocation.
• Monitor tracking updates & delivery reports.
• Generate sales & inventory reports.

4️ Warehouse Operations

• Supervise packing team & dispatch team.
• Ensure proper barcode scanning & SKU management.
• Maintain FIFO / FEFO process.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness & safety standards.

5️ Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily dispatch report.
• Weekly sales & stock movement report.
• Handle claim cases (lost/damaged shipments).
• Maintain GST invoice & documentation compliance.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub
• Strong experience in EasyEcom
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Good coordination & team management skills
• Basic understanding of GST & e-commerce compliance

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• 2–5 years experience in E-commerce warehouse operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
