About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Supply Chain Intern to support our logistics and operations team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing, and supply chain optimization.

Candidates with prior internship experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders.
• Support supply chain activities such as order tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams for smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing reports on stock movement, order status, and supply chain performance.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Pursuing/Completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior internship experience in warehouse or supply chain operations is preferred
