Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually, with higher compensation available based on experience, leadership background, inventory management expertise, and operational qualifications.
At Simple Mining, our warehouse is more than shelves and shipping—it is the control center for millions of dollars of mining equipment moving between customers, repair operations, hosting facilities, and deployment projects.
We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who thrives on organization, accountability, process improvement, and operational leadership.
This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse organization, asset security, and team leadership. You'll own inventory accuracy, drive warehouse performance, develop processes, and ensure equipment moves safely and efficiently throughout the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time both managing warehouse operations and working alongside your team to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
If you're someone who enjoys building systems, leading people, solving operational challenges, and taking ownership of results, we'd like to hear from you.
Oversee inbound shipments of ASIC miners, parts, and related equipment.
Coordinate receiving schedules with vendors, freight carriers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.
Own warehouse inventory accuracy and accountability.

Ensure proper packaging and handling of sensitive electronic equipment.
Maintain chain-of-custody controls for all serialized mining equipment.
Enforce warehouse security procedures and inventory protection measures.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Support deployment projects and large-scale inventory movements as business needs require.
Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop warehouse personnel.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Partner with Procurement, Sales, Hosting Operations, Technical Operations, Repair Operations, and leadership teams to support inventory and deployment needs.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing serialized inventory.
Experience working in a rapidly growing operational environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and handle inventory throughout the day.
Starting salary of $65,000+, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Join a team that values accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and getting things done.
If you're a warehouse leader who enjoys building efficient operations, developing teams, and taking ownership of results, we'd love to hear from you.
