Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can take ownership on the ground and keep daily warehouse activities under control.

Your Role: As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities across different operational areas. Depending on business needs, you may oversee receiving, picking, packing, or other warehouse functions. This role requires strong field presence, hands on leadership, and a clear focus on efficiency and execution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily warehouse operations across assigned areas, including inbound and outbound activities.

• Lead large blue collar teams through operation field responsibles and area supervisors.

• Plan daily tasks, set priorities, and follow up closely on execution.

• Monitor operational performance and track KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, and flow.

• Identify recurring operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Drive efficiency improvements by reducing manual work and improving process discipline.

• Ensure warehouse locations, layouts, and workflows are used effectively.

• Work closely with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to align daily operations.

• Maintain safety, order, and operational standards across all managed areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in warehouse operations, covering end to end processes with strong field exposure.
• Experience managing blue collar teams and working closely with field responsibles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows including receiving, picking, packing, and storage.
• Comfortable tracking KPIs and using data to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Able to identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident using WMS and ERP systems in a live operational environment.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage daily operational pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
