Warehouse Operator操作员

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and onboard DSPs, building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and service prices with DSPs.
• Assist with daily DSP operations and provide operational support.
• Monitor package deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and on-time delivery.
• Resolve delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Ensure DSP compliance with policies, contracts, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery strategies.

Qualifications:

• Mandarin preferred.
• Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSP) preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
• Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields is perferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
