About the Roles:

We are looking for Warehouse Operators, Sorting Operators, and Dispatch Operators to support the daily operations of our logistics station.

You’ll help ensure smooth package handling, accurate data recording, and efficient delivery coordination in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Warehouse Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle warehouses inbound and outbound processes, including sorting, inventory, and material management.
• Maintain attendance, update warehouse data, and assist with purchasing and logistics support.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist supervisors in daily operation reports and data tracking.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse or overseas warehouse operations (sorting warehouse preferred).
• Basic English communication ability.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail oriented.
• Able to work rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Sorting Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in package sorting, scanning, labeling, and data entry.
• Ensure accurate sorting and timely completion of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support warehouse leads in workflow optimization and exception handling.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sorting or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Dispatch Operator:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in truck scheduling and coordination for local and line-haul routes.
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Record and track dispatch data, and follow up on exceptions such as delays or returns.
• Support reporting and logistics performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.
• Understanding of truck routing and scheduling.
• English communication and multitasking skills.
• Working Shifts: 6AM-3PM // 2PM-11PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
