Job Description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately processing incoming goods to ensure proper inventory control. This role involves loading and unloading shipments, verifying documentation, labeling materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures are essential. The Warehouse Operator also supports replenishment, shipping activities, and general warehouse operations to keep workflow running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Prepare orders, scan and unpack packages.
  • Complete reports as required by manager or supervisor.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Complete any additional duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
  • Follow up on the processes of delivering and receiving documents for shipments, ensuring compliance with DAFZA and Dubai customs regulations.
Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft office, search engine).
  • Customer focus approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet production and company standards.
  • Able to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up-to 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand or walk for a total of 8 hours or more per day.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment.
  • Experience within a warehouse and/or retail store that sells cell phones or electronics.
