Production Statistics Executive (Junior)

Role Purpose

- To ensure accurate daily production closing, inventory movement recording, and performance reporting by maintaining the Daily Production Report and the PO / DO / FG master tracking file.

-This role ensures data integrity and transparency across Production, Warehouse, and Finance.

-This role measures and records. It does not plan, supervise, or approve production activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Production Closing

a. Collect and verify all machine data.

b. Ensure complete and accurate submission of the existing Daily Production Report.

c. Cross-check:

i. Output vs warehouse FG receipt

ii. Downtime vs maintenance log (where applicable)

d. Issue finalized Daily Production Report by fixed reporting time.

e. Maintain an archive of signed/raw shift documents.

2. PO / DO / FG Master File Management

a. Maintain and update the PO / DO / FG tracking file daily.

b. Record:

i. New POs received

ii. FG produced from DAP

iii. DO issued by warehouse

c. Reconcile daily FG balance:

i. Opening balance

ii. Production in

iii. DO out

iv. Closing balance

d. Flag discrepancies immediately to GM, Ops, and Warehouse.

3. Planned vs Actual Monitoring

a. Compare daily output against approved production plan.

b. Highlight variances and potential delivery risks.

c. Track jobs completed vs committed timelines.

4. Weekly & Monthly Reporting

a. Prepare weekly summary:

i. Machine output

ii. Downtime breakdown

iii. Jobs delayed and reason

b. Provide consolidated monthly production and inventory figures to Finance for month-end closing.

c. Support reconciliation queries from Finance.

5. Governance & Control Responsibilities

a. The Daily Production Report and PO / DO / FG file must be issued without delay.

b. No retroactive changes allowed without a written explanation and date record.

c. Escalate repeated data gaps or inconsistencies to GM.

d. Maintain neutrality between Production and Warehouse.

KPIs

-Daily Production Report issued on time (100% compliance)

-No unexplained variance during month-end reconciliation

-Complete data capture from all machines daily

-Accurate downtime categorization

-Zero missing production days

Qualifications

-Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

-0–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates acceptable)

-Strong Excel proficiency

- High attention to detail

-Comfortable working in factory environment

-Able to communicate firmly with shift leaders and Ops team

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
