We are looking for a Warehouse Operator I - Tifton, GA to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Tifton, GA.

As a Warehouse Operator I - Tifton, GA, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift with a Safety‑First mindset, and maintaining good housekeeping throughout the warehouse. You will ensure proper material storage following site safety and segregation policies while maintaining accurate inventory through sound warehousing practices and reporting. The role also involves moving approved inventories of raw materials, AI’s, and finished products to designated areas and following established procedures while suggesting improvements.

During your shift as a Warehouse Operator I - Tifton, GA, you will

• Load and unload trucks for shipping, receiving, and internal product movements, ensuring FIFO and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory by completing required paperwork, performing inventory counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following BASF Storage and Segregation policies and supporting site housekeeping.
• Inspect and document forklift and equipment condition daily and ensure compliance with all required safety and transport regulations.
• Review and update inventory status in SAP, troubleshoot inventory issues, and validate shipment details against paperwork.
• Serve as back-up for shipping, receiving, and warehouse shutdown procedures; complete all required training and support other duties as needed.

If you...

• Hold a High School or GED
• Have 1-3 years of related experience working in warehouse/production environment and performing shipping and receiving activities. Forklift experience will be preferred.
• Possess good math and communication skills
• Are able to work safely in a fast-paced environment and are in good physical condition.
