Job Description

NEW HOURLY PAY: $21.00 an hour

NEW SCHEDULE: 8:30Am until finish, 4 days on, 3 days off including Saturday

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for:

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Receiving and verifying incoming products
• Moving and storing materials/products
• Using handheld scanners for load verification
• Assisting the Production Department as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is mandatory.
• Proficiency in fundamental computer skills is essential for critical order processing and inventory control tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining certification for the operation of specialized warehouse equipment, including but not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Proven ability to work effectively with yeast and flour products is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Successful completion of a rigorous pre-employment background check is imperative.
  
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This position demands exceptional physical capabilities, including but not limited to:
• The ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise.
• Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently.
• The capacity to consistently lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs., with occasional requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without risk of injury.
• Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments, specifically within the temperature range of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The fortitude to operate in an environment characterized by exposure to loud machinery, when operational needs dictate.
