We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Picker to join our warehouse team. The E-Picker will be responsible for efficiently receiving online orders through a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), locating the items from shelves, carefully packing them, scanning for accuracy, and handing them over to the delivery personnel in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive orders on a PDA and verify order details such as item name, quantity, and location.
• Navigate warehouse shelves to accurately pick the correct items for each order.
• Ensure product quality by checking for expiry, damage, or incorrect items before packing.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Scan items to update inventory and confirm order completion.
• Label packages clearly with order and delivery details.
• Hand over completed orders to the designated delivery personnel, ensuring proper documentation or digital confirmation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing area.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times.
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or technical issues with PDA.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse, order picking, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
• Familiarity with handheld devices (PDAs, barcode scanners, etc.).
• Basic reading and numeric skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
