E-Picker and Packer / Warehouse Helper

Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, scan, and pack online customer orders as per company guidelines.

- Efficiency and Timeliness: Ensure timely and efficient order preparation to meet daily targets.

- Accuracy: Maintain accuracy in item picking and avoid shortages, damages, or wrong dispatches.

- Product Handling: Handle products with care and ensure proper packaging for delivery.

- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/picking area.

- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

- Reporting: Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to supervisors.

- Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce picking/packing is preferred.

- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of handling long working hours.

- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English (and/or other languages like Hindi/Arabic are beneficial).

- Attention to Detail: Team player with attention to detail.

- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ¹ ² ³.

Typical Working Conditions- Working Hours: Often involves 11 hours + 1 hour break, 6 days a week.

- Salary Range: AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 per month, depending on experience and company.
