Warehouse Picker / Picking Executive- Bhiwandi Location

Job Summary

We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to accurately locate, pick, pack, and prepare items from warehouse inventory for dispatch. The role focuses on order accuracy, stock handling, safety, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packing Operations

• Accurately locate and pick items as per pick list / system instructions
• Pack items properly to prevent damage during handling and transit
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Ensure correct quantity and quality of items picked
• Assist in stock movement, bin allocation, and inventory organization
• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately

Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and logistics teams
• Ensure orders are completed within defined timelines
• Support loading of goods when required

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas
• Handle materials using proper tools and safety equipment

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• 0–2 years experience in warehouse, picking, or logistics (freshers welcome)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes
• Ability to read pick lists and follow instructions
• Physically fit for lifting, standing, and movement
