Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods while coordinating with production, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, storage, and outward dispatch

- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and stacking

- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance

Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / Excel

- Conduct stock verification and handle variances

Coordination with Manufacturing:

- Coordinate with production for material issue and returns

- Ensure timely availability of materials

Logistics & Dispatch:

- Plan and monitor dispatch of finished goods

- Coordinate with transporters

- Prepare dispatch documents (DC, Invoice, E-way Bill)

Compliance & Documentation:

- Maintain GRN, stock registers, gate entry, and dispatch logs

- Support audits

Team Management:

- Supervise warehouse staff

- Allocate work and provide training

Skills & Knowledge:

- Warehouse operations knowledge

- Basic logistics understanding

- ERP & Excel proficiency

- Good communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / Degree in Logistics or related field

- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
