Roles And Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of back-of-house commercial operations, including inventory handling, stock movement, and documentation accuracy.

Monitor and process all inword and outword stock activities, ensuring compliance with retail inventory management best practices.

Coordinate with vendors for timely order placements, deliveries, and reconciliation, achieving optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted store operations.

Oversee accurate and efficient order processing, collaborating with the sales and supply chain teams to fulfill customer and store demands.

Utilize SAP systems for daily transaction processing, data entry, stock management, and periodic reporting to the management team.

Maintain organized records of commercial and inventory documentation for periodic audits and reviews by internal and external stakeholders.

Support periodic inventory counts, variance analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
