Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse/returns/e-commerce operations
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management
- Manage daily warehouse operations for online marketplace orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for inventory control, stock levels, and dispatch readiness.
- Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet deadlines and service standards.
Returns Management
- Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
- Collaborate with customer service teams for return-related queries.
- Inspect, log, and restock returned goods as per guidelines.
Claims & Dispute Resolution
- Handle claims for lost, damaged, or defective goods.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve disputes and process reimbursements.
- Track all claims to ensure timely closure.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, returns, and claims.
- Monitor KPIs like fulfilment accuracy, return rates, and resolution timelines.
Inventory Management
- Continuously update stock levels to reflect real-time orders and returns.
- Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
- Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
