Job Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of establishing standardized safety management systems, processes, and mechanisms for warehouse operations in the region. Output management plans and oversee their implementation to ensure the continuous improvement and refinement of the company's safety management system.

2. Conduct impact assessments on potential changes to laws, regulations, and industry operational standards/benchmarks. Ensure all risks are fully identified and controlled through comprehensive auditing.

3. Be responsible for reviewing high-risk work permits/methods for all warehouses, as well as internal EHS audits and management reviews.

4. Establish and enhance safety performance evaluation standards and mechanisms. Drive various warehouses to rectify safety hazards and promote tiered safety inspections.

5. Develop safety management system policies and procedures to enhance safety management effectiveness and build a long-term mechanism for safe operations.

6. Lead the investigation, analysis, reporting, and correction of major safety incidents.

7. Be responsible for promoting safety knowledge and fostering a safety culture within the warehouse park, ensuring its successful integration.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Management Science, or a related field is preferred.

2. Familiar with safety-related policies and regulations in multiple countries, such as the UAE. Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools, with strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and writing ability.

3. Over 8 years of relevant experience in the safety management field, with at least 5 years in safety program management within large-scale industrial/warehouse and logistics park environments.

1、全面负责仓库所在地区运营安全管理的标准化制度及机制的建立、流程规划与管理方案输出并监督执行落地,确保公司安全管理体系的持续改进和完善;

2、负责对潜在影响法律法规和行业操作规范/标准进行影响评估,并通过审计确保所有风险得到充分识别和控制;

3、负责审核各仓库高风险作业方案、EHS管理内审及管理评审;

4、建立健全安全考核标准机制,督促各仓库改善安全隐患,推动安全分级检查;

5、制定安全管理系统制度及流程,全面提升安全管理效能,构建安全生产长效机制;

6、负责安全典型事故的调查处理、分析、报告及整改推进工作;

7、负责仓储园区的安全知识推广及文化建设,推动安全文化落实达成


任职要求

1、本科及以上学历,安全管理、安全工程、管理科学等相关专业优先;

2、熟悉UAE等多个国家的安全相关政策法规;熟练掌握数据分析及统计工具,具备良好的逻辑思维,数据分析能力及文案功底

3、8年以上安全管理领域相关工作经验,5年以上大型工业/仓储物流产业园区安全项目管理工作经验
