Reports To: Warehouse Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: This position will perform functions in the Inspection, Shipping, and Receiving department, including Quality Assurance.

Duties and Responsibilities: The following list is representative of daily tasks. This list is not to be considered all inclusive.

Key Objectives :

• Perform Q&A inspection on goods received from vendors, including, but not limited to, confirmation of accurate paperwork.
• Prepare shipments out to customers, ensuring quantity and paperwork are correct.
• Resolve Quality Assurance issues as required.
• Prepare parts and documents for DAR inspection and signoff (FAA Form 8130-3).
• Complete Quality Assurance Questionnaires submitted by customers.
• Maintain and update Purchase Order, Pick Ticket, QA, and other files both electronically and in paper form.
• Confirm monthly that the Logistics guidelines and procedures are up-to-date.
• Monitor and order Logistics supplies, or submit requests as appropriate.
• Perform minor facility maintenance.

Preferred Training/Certification:

• HAZMAT certification
• Preparation of FAA Form 8130-3 for DAR signoff

Qualifications:

• Education: Some college course work and 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience. Can have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

• Computer Skills: Have the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into various software applications, included but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
• Language Skills: Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Also be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Physical Demands: Physical demands include the ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
