Objective: To professionally represent Bill's Distributing Ltd in efficiently, safely, and accurately using a tractor trailer to transport product, point of sale, and paperwork between locations.

Loads product onto delivery trucks by hand or using material moving equipment in a manner to minimize breakage of product in transit using a pallet jack or forklift

Collecting and transferring paperwork between locations

Fueling and washing transfer truck

Verifies load accuracy per load sheet

Maintains appropriate rotation of all products while loading to ensure quality

Maintains cleanliness levels in the warehouse area, including all loading areas and the C.E.W.

Completes breakage record and submits to the inventory department daily, or as needed

Performs repack and breakage duties as needed

Assists loaders in picking and loading as needed
Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required

Must possess a valid Class A CDL (or the ability to obtain a CDL), and have a good driving record

Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Valid Driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred) and good driving record

Fork lift certification or ability to obtain certification

Able to work independently, with little supervision

Basic math and reading skills

Physical Requirements

Able to handle the physical requirements of lifting various cases and keg stock up to 170 pounds

Ability to frequently walk, stand; use hands to lift, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear; sit occasionally

Sit and drive commercial vehicle for long periods of time
Working Conditions/Environment
- Drives or rides as a passenger in tractor/trailer to deliver product in various weather conditions
- Works in indoor warehouse conditions frequently; works in cooler rarely and for short periods
- May be required to work extended hours
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday approximately 3:00pm-1:30am
- Drives tractor trailer to conduct pickups and deliveries as needed
- Drives tractor trailer between warehouse locations daily
- Sparta to Menomonie often
- Sparta to Superior as needed
Wages with CDL $26-$28/hr plus $1.00 shift premium
Wages without CDL would start at $23.50/hr and must obtain a class A CDL within 60 days of employment.
Monday through Thursday 3pm-1:30am with $1.00 shift premium
