Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage factory inventory, align the value chain, and drive inventory control and improvement.

2. Familiar with warehouse management processes, including unloading rules for imported materials and local suppliers, warehouse location management, inventory management, and ensuring consistency between warehouse records and physical inventory. Responsible for material readiness and shortage warnings to ensure production supply.

3. Plan the factory's overall logistics layout, including pre-production, in-production, and post-production logistics. Plan intelligent factory logistics and logistics informatization to drive the overall intelligent transformation of logistics.

4. Train and empower local employees.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehousing. Experience in lean management is preferred.

2. Familiar with the actual operation mode of logistics and warehousing, with experience in production delivery and logistics team management.

3. Capable of cross-departmental project coordination and communication, driving the transformation and implementation of factory warehousing and logistics.

4. Proficient in English for basic communication; Chinese proficiency is preferred.
