We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Specialist with experience in crusher or heavy industrial environments. The role is responsible for managing spare parts, consumables, and raw material inventory to ensure smooth plant operations. The candidate will handle GRN processing, consumption tracking, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Documentation
- Process and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Track and post daily/weekly consumption reports in the system.
- Update master data files including material codes, storage locations, and vendor details.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in ERP/records.
- Maintain real-time availability of spare parts required for crusher and plant operations.
- Arrange and issue materials as per BOM (Bill of Materials) requirements for maintenance and production teams.
Warehouse Operations
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support annual physical inventory.
- Reorganize and optimize store layout based on space availability and operational priorities.
- Ensure proper storage of parts, consumables, and tools following safety and material-handling standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare Invoice transmittals and documentation for Accounts Department submissions.
- Coordinate with Procurement regarding pending POs, delivery follow-ups, and supplier-related issues.
- Communicate with site teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and spares.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory status, shortages, and consumption trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in crusher, aggregate, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of GRN processing, inventory tracking, and spare parts management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Odoo / Tally, etc.).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of BOM structure and material classification.
- Forklift operation certification (optional but preferred).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
