Warehouse Specialist.Procurement and Materials Management

Job Purpose

Maintain communication between Etisalat and outsourcing warehouse companies in order to ensure that all warehouse logistics procedures are carried out on time efficiently and aligned with company policies and procedures.

Report To Position Name

Maintain stock levels and take necessary actions if any deviations occur to ensure products availability.Release required memo according to the company policy (DOP) to ensure adhering company procedures.3 Create item code for any new products and make sure that each product has its own code to ensure tracking and avoid any product loss. Follow up on warehouse coordinators work to ensure smooth operations and provide them support when needed. QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor Degree at any discipline

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Arab Academy graduate from major: Logistic and Supply Chain Management.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

From 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or any related field.

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Experience at using Oracle.

CERTIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Essential: Not Applicable Desirable: Inventory and Warehouse training certificate.
