Warehouse Stock Attendant

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support production and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

Receiving & Inspection

  • Review and confirm incoming paperwork against shipments

  • Perform basic receiving inspections to verify parts, quantities, and key specifications

  • Label and store materials in appropriate locations

  • Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and acceptable condition

Shipping & Material Handling

  • Lead and participate in all shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and bills of lading

  • Pick and kit parts using pick lists for production, vendors, or customers

  • Verify quantities for outgoing shipments

Inventory & Systems

  • Perform inventory control, including cycle counting and material management

  • Lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts

  • Track inventory levels and notify leadership of shortages

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in systems such as Oracle and Excel

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations

  • Operate forklifts and powered equipment

  • Perform visual quality checks on materials

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (including yard and production areas)

  • Participate in safety meetings and initiatives

  • Assist with training and supporting team members as needed

  • Perform general labor tasks (lifting, moving, cleaning, etc.)

  • Work overtime as needed

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

  • Experience with MRP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and general data entry

  • Forklift experience required; overhead crane experience is a plus

  • Ability to read (or learn to read) blueprints and fabrication drawings

  • Basic math skills for material calculations

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
