Warehouse Store Incharge (Cosmetics Brand)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Store Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations for our growing cosmetics brand. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, proper storage, and timely dispatch of products while maintaining high standards of organization and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse/store operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records (inbound & outbound)
• Ensure proper storage and handling of cosmetic products
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/sales teams
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
• Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation (especially for expiry-sensitive items)
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge / Store Keeper / Inventory Manager
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with cosmetic product handling and storage standards

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
