Job Description:
- Verify all incoming goods against delivery documents and ensure timely processing of Inward Gate Passes (IGP) in the SAP system.
- Generate and issue outward gate passes (OGP) for approved outgoing goods and ensure compliance with company security and inventory control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all inward, outward, returnable, imported, rejected, and CMT-related goods transactions.
- Process and monitor Returnable Outward Gate Passes (ROGP) and Returnable Inward Gate Passes (RIGP), including follow-up on overdue returns.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing courier parcels and communicate tracking information to relevant departments.
- Verify cargo service bills and supporting documents prior to submission for approval and payment processing.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to gate operations, material movements, returnable items, and reconciliation activities.
- Verify shipment activities, including vehicle inspection, weighing, loading, documentation, sealing, and photographic evidence before dispatch.
- Ensure proper record keeping, audit compliance, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in gate administration, security administration, or facility management.
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, or apparel industry will be an advantage.
