Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, team performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations within the home furniture industry and is experienced in using Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, put-away, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control.
• Manage warehouse transactions using Odoo ERP, including receiving, transfers, delivery orders, and stock adjustments.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff while maintaining high productivity and service levels.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, After Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and support continuous process improvement.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations within the home furniture industry is required.
• Strong hands-on experience using Odoo ERP.
• Proven experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
