Role Objectives
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods and inventory. This role involves managing and leading a team of warehouse staff, implementing procedures, and maintaining a well-organized and productive warehouse environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and provide guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring they work efficiently, safely, and meet performance targets.

Schedule work shifts, assign tasks, and monitor staff attendance.

Monitor and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are up to date.

Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety regulations.

Generate and maintain reports related to warehouse performance, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Enforce quality control standards for receiving and picking processes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in supply chain management or related field is a plus).

Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.

Knowledge of warehouse equipment and material handling tools.

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehousing.
