Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records; ensure proper stock rotation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implement best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong English language.
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.
