Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, enforce safety and operational policies, and strive to improve productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse executives to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or team performance.
• Collaborate with purchase, logistics, and other internal departments to support seamless operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
