About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Put-away, Storage, and Inventory operations. This role is the backbone of our warehouse efficiency, ensuring products are stored correctly, located instantly, and counted accurately. As the guardian of inventory integrity, you will directly impact our ability to deliver on customer promises.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the put-away team to ensure timely and accurate storage of products.
• Develop and optimize storage strategies to maximize space utilization and picking efficiency.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of organization and housekeeping in storage areas.
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock in coordination with relevant teams.
• Ensure WMS data reflects true and accurate physical inventory at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, with a focus on inventory and storage.
• Expertise in warehouse layout optimization and slotting strategies.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, etc.) and cycle counting best practices.
• Proficiency in WMS and data analysis for KPI tracking.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized mindset.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on precision and team guidance.
