• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operation of both tuna & sardine finished products warehouses, including transferring of the finished products, storing them in a well systematic order and dispatching products. while insuring efficient coordination with all stakeholders.
  
• Monitoring & enforcing the company policies and safety regulations to ensure safety to all warehouse employees.
  
• Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any inventory discrepancies.
  
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software to track and manage inventory.
  
• Prepare and analyse reports on warehouses operation including productivity, inventory levels, and inventory accuracy providing recommendations for improvements.
  
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in records keeping.
  
• Review and monitor the stock levels of the secondary packaging items and plan replenishments to avoid stock outs.
  
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise and nominate warehouse staff.
  
• Proven ability to speak, read & write in English & Arabic
  

• Responsible to maintain, update and continually improve IMS Standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal Management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience as warehouse supervisor or Bachelors degree in logistics or SCM with at least 2 years of working experience in similar role.
  

• Experience in warehouse operation related duties.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data programs.
