Warehouse - Supervisor

We are looking for Warehouse Supervisor .

Location - Doha Qatar

Salary 5500 to 6000 QR

• Supervise staff: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse employees to ensure duties are performed efficiently and safely. This includes scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage operations: Direct the day-to-day flow of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure safety: Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with other departments: Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
• Handle documentation: Process paperwork associated with warehouse operations and maintain all relevant records.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
