Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our Plant, Machinery & Vehicle (PMV) team in Qatar. The role focuses on managing and coordinating all transportation and fleet logistics to support project and operational requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily vehicle and equipment movements across sites.
• Supervise drivers, dispatchers, and transport operations to ensure timely deployment.
• Coordinate with site teams and workshop for vehicle availability, maintenance, and allocation.
• Maintain transport logs, trip records, fuel consumption, and fleet utilization reports.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with company HSE and traffic regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in fleet management efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or transport supervision, preferably in PMV, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of Qatar road networks and transport regulations.
• Valid Qatar Driving License required.
