Arrange dispatches of call offs as per commercial/ customer requirements
Maintain stock accuracy by conducting daily stock count and reconcile with ERP
Control the flow of materials and make sure to comply with crown standard and procedures
Maintain premium housekeeping and compliance to food safety requirements and crown standards.
Arrange loading operation, and ensure proper material handling as per Crown standard
Inspection of trucks and ensure compliance to crown standards
Ensure that received materials comply with CROWN standards, immediate reporting of any deviation to purchasing.
Coordinate call offs form suppliers to ensure inventory levels of production materials, packaging, and all other inventories items are at planned levels to fully support the operation
Inform QC at the time of receiving materials so as to confirm quality.
Ensure all physical stock takes of all production materials, packaging, are planned, conducted and recorded in line with Company requirements
Control all aspects of the Warehouses barcoding system
Control of internal distribution /forklift activity
Warehouse Management
Returnable and non-returnable Packaging material
Import and export organization for finished products and Other Raw Materials (ORM)
Update and distribute Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports
Master data input and Control dispatch notes/Good Receive Notes (GRN’s)
Track and Follow up returnable packaging at customer yards
arrange sorting process for returnable packaging
Support end of month closing and verify figures and required adjustments as per CROWN standard.
Coordinate with ends supplier so as to receive material on time so as not to affect customers
Monthly Reporting of Finished Goods/ Ends inventory aging and follow up with commercial so as to minimize it
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO system so as to avoid aged materials (For FG & RM)
Maintain & Improve warehouse and stock security
Compliance with AIBI and other audits
Ensure safety of workplace and Zero Injuries
