Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan and execute a wide range of Coiled Tubing operations.

Manage crew, equipment and materials to deliver high-quality services for Customers.

Prepare equipment and carry out jobs in line with programs, ensuring safe and efficient completion.

Drive operational excellence with zero Service Quality (SQ) and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) incidents.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment, manage crew and manage job packages, spare parts, chemicals, and PPE requirements.

Rig up data acquisition systems and equipment in-line with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Conduct thorough pre‑job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Promote company‑approved safety and operational policies at the well site, ensuring both company and Customers objectives are achieved.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment following (Operating System) OS maintenance procedures.

Execute jobs according to job design and Customers requirements, applying Management of Change (MOC) when required.

Review and ensure Service Quality (SQ) compliance before and during job execution.

Ensure all job execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Deliver high‑quality Post-job reports as required by company and Customers.

Mentor junior Engineers and Field Specialists, supporting skill development in safe and efficient equipment operation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in Coiled Tubing operations (mandatory).

Technical Diploma or Degree
-
Strong knowledge of equipment hydraulics with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and on‑site repairs.

Strong understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics.
-
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language considered an advantage.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
