Job Purpose
To manage daily warehouse operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and support team performance to achieve operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and follow up on receiving activities, order processing, stock rearrangements, and other warehouse operations such as inventory counting.

Review and respond promptly to emails from colleagues and clients, taking necessary actions.

Communicate directly with clients to fulfill operational requirements and provide requested reports.

Conduct regular warehouse walkthroughs to monitor workflow, ensure compliance with company policies, and address any violations.

Allocate tasks and equipment to team members; request additional temporary labor from the warehouse supervisor when required.

Coordinate employee schedules, including holidays, shift rotations, and rest periods, to ensure adequate coverage.

Prepare and submit shift handover reports summarizing receiving activities and order processing status to colleagues and warehouse management.

Hold brief meetings at the beginning of each shift to discuss challenges, set work priorities, and address occupational safety and health topics.

Evaluate team members’ performance and provide coaching or guidance to support continuous improvement.

Escalate unresolved issues to warehouse management.

Implement and maintain the quality management system.

Ensure customer complaints are handled effectively.

Monitor compliance with GDP/GMP standards and instructions.

Comply with OH&S policies, standards, objectives, and training requirements.

Report all incidents (accidents or near misses).

Participate in relevant risk assessments.

Comply with environmental management standards, objectives, and training requirements.

Immediately report any environmental incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-
Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
