Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and stock movement.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
