Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and team coordination to support our company's mission of delivering exceptional products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including inventory management, shipping, receiving, packing, picking, and storage.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinated with inventory control

Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts

Perform hose crimping and assembly

Build pallets for shipping

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Oversee the use of warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role within the logistics or distribution industry
1 + years of warehouse or distribution center experience
1+ years of Forklift and RF Scanner experience
1+ years of order fulfillment, shipping and receiving
Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving, and warehouse safety protocols
Proficiency with warehouse management systems
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
OSHA knowledge of safety standards
Ability to lift heavy packages up to 75 lbs

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
