The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the full lifecycle of inventory from receiving and storage to final delivery. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure facility, optimizing floor space, and leading a high-performing team to meet daily operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to company procedures.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain stock accuracy through scheduled physical counts and organized storage design.
- Operations Management: Oversee the loading/unloading of shipments, verify incoming goods, and ensure all outgoing packages are accurately labeled and documented.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety protocols and oversee the upkeep of operational equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Process Improvement: Implement strategic plans to improve workflow, quality standards, and warehouse efficiency.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage warehouse supplies, handle data entry, and utilize Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for reporting and communication.
Requirements & Skills
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role; 3+ years of general warehouse experience.
- Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating and maintaining forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills, specifically in data entry, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong organizational and mathematical skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
