Job Details

What You’ll Do:
Lead Daily Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Ensure materials move efficiently to support production and customer delivery
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and accuracy
  

Drive Team Performance:

• Supervise and mentor warehouse associates
• Set clear daily expectations and hold the team accountable
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance development
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment
  

Optimize Workflows:

• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
• Improve productivity while minimizing errors
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts
• Maintain organized, efficient warehouse layouts
  

Champion Safety:

• Enforce safety standards and compliance procedures
• Promote a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Lead by example in maintaining a strong safety culture
  

What You Bring:

• Experience supervising warehouse operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong inventory management and shipping/receiving knowledge
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
• ERP system experience preferred
