What you’ll do:

• Effectively manage the assigned fleet across 3-5 Dark Stores within the cluster, consistently meeting target KPIs.
• Supervise Fleet Managers, overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of fleet activities.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with all operational standards.
• Support efficient manpower allocation across all stores in the cluster
• Mentor and guide the team, fostering high performance and proactively addressing operational challenges.
• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure complete operational alignment

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, managing teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A hands-on approach—willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
• Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
