What you’ll do:

Effectively manage the assigned fleet across 3-5 Dark Stores within the cluster, consistently meeting target KPIs.

Supervise Fleet Managers, overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of fleet activities.

Ensure rigorous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with all operational standards.

Support efficient manpower allocation across all stores in the cluster

Mentor and guide the team, fostering high performance and proactively addressing operational challenges.

Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure complete operational alignment
What you’ll need:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, managing teams.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

A hands-on approach—willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations and adapting to change.

Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
