Job Description:

New Era Industries is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for its Production Department . The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse operations experience, team handling capability, and inventory management knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates having experience in building materials, manufacturing, production stores, or industrial warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse, store, and dispatch activities
• Lead warehouse staff and ensure smooth shift operations
• Monitor material receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Dispatch teams
• Ensure FIFO and proper material handling practices
• Monitor loading/unloading activities and warehouse discipline
• Maintain warehouse documentation and stock records
• Ensure timely reporting of shortages and damages
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and operational SOPs

Requirement:

• Candidates residing in Malir, Landhi, Korangi, Port Qasim, or nearby areas will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse/store experience
• Experience in manufacturing or building materials industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse operations
• Basic computer and ERP knowledge preferred
