Location: 22290 Hathaway Ave., Suite 100, Hayward, CA 94541
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Typical hours subject to change 8:00a-4:30pm)
Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Hayward team. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Unload incoming containers and deliveries

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment

• Receive, label, and store products properly

• Conduct inventory counts as assigned

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Handle all parts with care when unloading, checking, or staging orders

• Complete daily forklift inspections (if certified)

• Assist co-workers as needed and report any issues or damages immediately
  

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds safely

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic English reading and communication skills required

• Positive attitude and professional behavior toward coworkers and customers

• Willingness to learn and follow company safety and operational procedures

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Forklift/order picker certification preferred

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (post-offer, pre-employment, consistent with state law)
